Unfortunately, customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are incorrect or damaged.

Agreed refunds will be processed within 7-10 days. If a refund has not been received within this time, ensure to check with your bank/building society.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed together with the return shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
